In Demonstration, Chairman of the Legislative Sumut Died

ANARCHIST demonstration by thousands of people in North Sumatra Legislative Building on Tuesday (3 / 2) swallow the victim. Legislative Chairman Abdul Azis Angkat died after receiving unfair treatment participant in demonstration.

That demonstration forced out Legislative to make recommendations as proposed the establishment of Tapanuli Provision (Protap). Only with the recommendations of the DPRD, the expansion process in the RI House of Representatives can be resumed.

Previously, the expansion process of the establishment Protap in Sumut has arrived in the RI House of Representatives. However, rejected because of the expansion have not approved yet or recommendation of the DPRD in North Sumatra.

Didemo, Ketua DPRD Sumut Meninggal Dunia

AKSI unjuk rasa anarkis oleh ribuan orang di Gedung DPRD Sumatera Utara pada Selasa (3/2) menelan korban jiwa. Ketua DPRD Abdul Azis Angkat meninggal dunia setelah menerima perlakuan yang tak semestinya dari para pengunjuk rasa.

Unjuk rasa tersebut memaksa DPRD mengeluarkan rekomendasi sebagai persetujuan atas usul pembentukan Provisi Tapanuli (Protap). Hanya dengan adanya rekomendasi DPRD, maka proses pemekaran di DPR RI dapat dilanjutkan.

Sebelumnya, proses pemekaran wilayah Sumut dengan membentuk Protap telah sampai di DPR RI. Namun pada masa sidang akhir tahun 2008, DPR menolak usul pemekaran itu karena belum ada persetujuan atau rekomendasi dari DPRD Sumatera Utara.

Peristiwa tersebut terjadi ketika di DPRD tengah berlangsung rapat paripurna. Massa pengunjung rasa menerobos ruang sidang utama sambil membawa sebuah peti mati. Ketua DPRD Sumut, Aziz Angkat yang menskor rapat itu dibawa ke ruangan Fraksi Partai Golkar dan dicaci-maki, ditarik-tarik dan bahkan harus menerima perlakukan tidak pantas dari sejumlah pengunjuk rasa.

Diduga tidak kuat menahan serangan, Aziz Angkat terkapar dan kemudian dilarikan ke rumah sakit Gleni Internasional Medan namun tidak tertolong. Konon, ketika itu pula ia mendapat serangan jatung, sebagaimana dikatakan Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Irjen Pol Abubakar.

Keep the land, after lied by the goverment of Gresik

THE PEOPLE of Pundat Teratai village, Benjeng district, Gresik, East Java, came to the office of the court there, on Wednesday.

They saw the way of the council claim over 25 hectares of land between residents with Puri Mas Company, construction service company.

The people accused Puri Mas company that snatch their land since 1997.

Previously, through the government of Gresik, the people was ordered to empty the land for the development significant. In fact, the expansion of the land width 10 hectares was built housing by Puri Mas company. Meanwhile, 15 hectares was dominated by the government of Gresik.

Actually, the land ws not for public, so the people tried hard to keep their land. Moreover, that land is their job, as a farmer.

Power of laws, Hariyanto, said until this day the people still refuse to move, even though there was an offer to get compensations Rp 2000/M2 from Puri Mas company.

Mediation session judges that was led by Joedi Prayitno delayed the meeting until wednesday next week because the accused was not present.
